These terms apply when you use the MediKnowl website or buy a programme from Mediception Science Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. Each account is for one person; sharing logins or programme access is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; UPI / bank transfers are verified by our team. An order is confirmed once payment is received, and a tax invoice is available in My orders.

3. Access and licence

Buying a programme gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use its content for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell or publish course material.

4. Refunds and cancellations

See our Refund Policy and Return & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content, logos and certificates are owned by or licensed to Mediception Science Pvt. Ltd..

6. Changes to programmes

We may update programme content, schedules or instructors to keep them current. If a change removes a significant part of what you bought, you may ask for a refund.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered office.
