Refund Policy

When and how you can get your money back for a MediKnowl purchase.

This policy applies to all programmes, bundles and live classes bought on the MediKnowl website and paid online (Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or by UPI / bank transfer. MediKnowl is operated by Mediception Science Pvt. Ltd..

1. Eligibility

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if:

  • you have viewed no more than 25% of the programme content;
  • you have not attempted the final assessment; and
  • no certificate has been issued for the programme.

For live classes or cohort-based programmes, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first live session. After the first session has started, no refund is given for that cohort.

Bundles are refunded as a whole. If you have used more than 25% of any programme in the bundle, the bundle is not eligible for a refund.

2. Payments that always qualify

  • Duplicate payments — if you are charged twice for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full.
  • Failed orders — if money left your account but the order shows as unpaid and we cannot complete it, the amount is refunded in full.
  • Programme withdrawn — if we cancel or withdraw a programme you have paid for, you receive a full refund.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
  • Programmes where a certificate has been issued or the final assessment has been attempted.
  • Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms and Conditions (for example, sharing login details or course material).

4. How to ask for a refund

Email us from the address registered on your account with your order number (e.g. MK-1A2B3C4D, shown in My orders) and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 working days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Refunds of online payments are initiated through Razorpay within 2 working days of approval and usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. UPI / bank transfer payments are refunded to the account they came from.

Only the amount you actually paid is refunded (after any coupon or referral discount). When a refund is made, access to the programmes in that order ends.
