Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products — nothing to return

All MediKnowl programmes are delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no product to send back. A "return" of a programme means cancelling the order and asking for a refund under our Refund Policy.

2. Delivery

When your online payment succeeds, the programmes in your order are added to My Learning straight away and you receive access on the email address of your account. For UPI / bank transfer orders, access is given as soon as the payment is verified, normally within 1 working day. If you do not get access within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your order number.

3. Cancelling an order

• Unpaid orders can be left as they are; they do not give access and nothing is charged.
• Paid orders can be cancelled within 7 days of payment, under the conditions of our Refund Policy.
• Live classes can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first session.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if a programme is withdrawn, if the payment is reversed or disputed, or if the account breaks our Terms and Conditions. If we cancel a paid order for a reason that is not your fault, you receive a full refund.
